Great looking knife. Is the handle similar to micarta or G-10? I'm not familiar with PCGP-HT.
 
I like this one... Do you happen to have any pics of the spine/handle? Is there any contouring on this one?

A little different than for me here, yes. This is an adaptation of a style that I haven't made in several years.

Mick57, it's short for Port City Glass Phenolic - High Temperature. Port City Cabinet works has specs on their website - it's similar to G-10. It used to be for sale in smaller quantities from Tx Knifemaker's, but they dropped it. I just like how it finishes and grinds - a little different than the norm.

Redsnake1997, the handle slabs are 1/4" material, so it doesn't have big contours. I did shape it out:
