Bumping a post

Is there a correct to bump a sales post to bring it back to the front page or is it best to just delete and repost it?

To clarify the above just in case, you're welcome to post in your own thread whenever you want. However, the sales sections default to sorting my original post time, not last post time, so bumping by posting on your own thread has limited effectiveness.

Anyone who changed the sort method or browses the forum by what's new will see it, though, so it's not completely pointless.
