Just have too many of these Barry Wood & Mike Irie folders sitting around. All are MINT condition, never used, never carried, never resharpened.

All of these are totally handground, custom made, no factory blades in the bunch and are 3 3/4" closed. As I'm sure you know, these haven't been made since the 1990's (some of these are from the 80's), Barry is retired and Mike is making knives on his own.

Interesting custom folders in trade considered
PAYPAL accepted, no extra charge
Price shown does not include shipping

Here they are, #1 through 8, from left to right...

All blades are either 154cm or ATS-34. All handles are 17-4 PH stainless.

Hi Bill,

A couple of questions on the two "model A" you have listed as #1 and #6:

- Do both knives have exactly the same kind of finish in the handles? On the pictures it looks like #1 has a better mirror finish while #6 handle has more visible lines. I am asking this as I am looking for one to engrave, and then a handle with a mirror finish can work better.

- What steel are the handles made of? This is important to check if the engraver could work on them.

Thanks a lot, Jose

Are there differences between #3, #7 and #8? Am I right that the latter two differ only in markings? What about #3, the prototype? Differences in materials, construction, finish?

Have price or availability changed?

Any comments or suggestions?

I've wanted this knife ever since seeing it in Blade, December 1995 (p. 24)!! (Not that I don't have more than enough knives: folders, fixed blades, some handmade, some not, but....)

Newcomer to BladeForums, hope I'm doing this right.

Thank you
