3X normalized, oil quenched, 2X tempered. G Flex epoxy. Sheaths are cemented and saddle stitched.
Knives are profiled with power tools. Bevels are done with files. Hand sanded.
Blade finish is typically 220 grit and some of these knives have a little patina from sitting. They will ship sharp and ready for work!

Cool stuff, I love the mortised tang on that shortie. Very nice work all around.

Thanks, I got a router and I've been playing around with it. That knife was one of the first few I did with mortised construction. I think the black line is sharpy marker that showed through from the inside. The glue line is a lighter color. Corian is a nice material to work with and I think it's especially good for kitchen knives.
