It is a Cabelas Lite Felt Hunting Orange Hat. They are very nice quality and Made in USA. These were when Cabela's actually made good stuff prior to Johnny Morris Bass Pro buyout, which is now low quality China junk. I miss the old Cabela's when they sold quality Made in USA products.
