I sent you an email on this same topic, but posting here to double up.

I know nothing about Damascus steel blades. Are they practical to use, or more of a decorative collector's piece?

As I said in the email, forgive the dumb question; I'm new to most of this!

Hey Eric,
I responded to your Email... Damascus makes a great knife steel. and it is Purdy! :D

And made a correction to Knife #4 listing the sheath is Black Leather (Right Hand) Not Kydex as stated earlier. sorry about that. The sheaths in the photos are the sheaths that go with the knives.

I figured the sheath was the one in the picture. That's not the kind of knife you'd jam into kydex!
