Your interest is appreciated, but buying, selling and trading on this particular subforum is pretty much limited to Yangdu (Himalayan Imports). You should send an email to Yangdu with your request.
Apart from that, your chances of finding an 18 inch (or any length) Bonecutter by Sgt Khadka anywhere are pretty slim. The beautiful specimen posted in this thread is very rare (donated to HI by a forumite for Nepal earthquake relief), and I don't believe the Sgt has made any in recent years. People who have them tend to keep them.
Also, the dimensions that you specify would imply a very small handle, even by Nepalese standards, barely over 3 inches.
HI does sell Bonecutters made more recently by other kamis who are quite good. I suggest you ask Yangdu (via email) if one is available. Tell her what kind of use you expect for the blade. Even if she doesn't have a Bonecutter, she might have another model that is also a good chopper.

The last new bonecutter by Sgt Khadka was sold by Yangdu in mid 2011 so the only way to get one is preowned or under very unique circumstances like the above. Other kami make great bonecutters though.
