I put this in the more blems folder but it's not a blem. It's a 17 inch, 1.5 pound khukuri (don't know what to call it) made by Bura, his usual 10/10 effort, with a crazy cho. I'm not sure what he was up to with this one but it's already gone.

Guess who got it before I could get it posted.

Uncle Bill do you remember the khukuri I bought from you at the convention? It was unmarked and had the same blade and cho as this one! Then when my Salyan arrived it was made by Bura and it had a blade like this and that funny cho also! The unmarked one must be made by Bura and this style must be his "trade mark" mystery khuk!!:)

Gosh, I must have had a good day when I pushed send before Mr. Clifton to get a 20" Sirupati. Even he was surprised by the "NEW" speedy guy. Nice knife Clif.

This looks like a cross between a Malla and a dankhuta. Very pretty blade shape, I like it!.:D How much does one of these go for?

It also looks like the Sword of Shiva is inlayed with brass? Or is it just jewelers rouge from the handle? Well, I guess we'll know more later, since at least this knife will be well "researched". :D

Your poor old researcher "just got lucky!:D Hope THAT NDN & Rus are feeling ok,miss Koz & Blues!:( If Burke was up to par, even being "sneaky"(I mean lucky) wouldn't have worked.Town Sarge isn't yelling at me anymore, bill paxton, isn't harrassing me to death, even Wal. is giving me some slack! Either these guys are sick are waiting to ambush me but "cheating" isn't as fun anymore! BUT !!YOU ALL will just have to learn"to be quicker"! Tell you what,I'll take a break for awhile to "let" you all win!hee!

I think you're right, Chris. And if Jim had made it to the convention he'd have that knife instead of you. That's one way to beat him.

Just got time to look this over. Busy lately. Little hard to keep up with the forum when you're on the way to the dentist in Fallon and get him to reschedule you to three
hours later in the day so you can make a max speed run to Reno to grab the only Beretta Mod 100 you've ever seen, max out the credit card, turn around, and blast back to Fallon in time for the appointment. Did I mention it was unfired til this afternoon? Woo Hooo!!!!!!!

Isn't it great to have the Caveman back and in fine form?
