Just landed a 22" pre UB Ganga Ram Special by Bura for an unbelievable righteous price with an offer. I can only hope it's as pristine as described. Will keep all my good friends updated. I honestly believe I have all my wants covered at this point besides what's on special order with Auntie. The seller is/was a fantastic individual and a pleasure to work with.

I was watching it, too, and was sorely tempted. Based on the pictures, it's a real beauty. This is a big boy, not just the 22" length but the weight: more than 3 lbs, according to the seller.

Very nice BB! I drooled over that one too! That was the first blade I wanted from HI but wasnt available at the time. I ended up getting a 20" AK instead but im happy as can be with that. That's a really nice GRS but too rich for my blood at this time. More pics when you get it. I think it was over three pounds iirc? Great score man!

Well, I've been reading about the 22" GRS since I came on board. Being it's a pre UB Bura made it all that much more tempting. Being close to my first anniversary here kinda through me over the edge. That and the gent that had it for sale made me a deal I couldn't refuse. He's a resident here, sadly I was remiss in asking his user name, something I'll need to rectify.

Here's a pic of mine to hold you guys over :p

Thanks davidf99, that means a lot. You're not easily impressed! ;)

I'm glad I didn't bid on it and drive up the price for you. I'm sure you would have gotten it anyway, since I was only going to bid the minimum. I usually try to resist blades that are this heavy unless they are two-handed.

The other reason I didn't bid is that I recently scored an older Bura blade in good condition for a price that you wouldn't believe. I'm calling it my DOTC (Deal Of The Century). More on that in another thread after I take some post-cleanup pictures.

I'll bid three hundred trillion and one dollars. I'll have to do that in billion dollar installments, so it might take three hundred thousand years or so.

I just require the first installment payment, your credit will be just fine.
