No, the ti side had a cutout on the handle and the scale should have the same on the left side. Just wondering if it does, I can't tell from the pic

It appears as thought the cutout is not there. I know what you are talking about ( the lanyard slit is missing from what I can tell).

Dan2845 -

He means the lanyard slit or hole that is on the rear portion of the scales. The one thats near the top screw in the rear portion of the knife.
