Heads up y'all on Mike Burch and BurchTree Press and Blade!. This guy's an awesome knifemaker and and excellent man to do buisness with. Bought a recurve off him that juxtaposes raw, brute strength with elegant lines and a deft and balanced feel. Fits in my hand like he molded it just for me. He custom made a horizontal-draw sheath and then rigged up an interchangeable piece that allows tip-down carry as well. He accomodated this request after the deal had been made and didn't charge me any extra. How's that for customer service! 
The sheath setup is well made and is as rugged as the knife itself.
Mike's a knifemaker I plan on doing business with again in the future. Been pretty much a production knife man all my life but I may just have to rethink that one.
