Did anyone see tonights Burn Notice on USA? Two fixed blade knifes were used by Michael. They showed them so quick I couldn't get a read on them except being fixed blade. Ever since I came to this forum I find myself trying to figure out whose knifes they are using instead of watching the program :o
 
I think the first one,hidden in the briefcase,was a TOPS C.A.T. 203;looked like
Mike was removing the handles before fitting it in the case.the second looked like an Emerson LaGriffe...

Don't know who their prop master is but he has been using some nice blades.Started last season and looks like it is going to do so again this season.
 
I actually just started a thread about this on another forum. One of the blades was definately an emerson la griff, without coating. I am not sure what the second one was but my first guess was a Tops Knife. Being that tecolote, had the same thought, I think there may be a decent chance that it was one, but I cant be sure.

During the opening credits Mike's female friend throws a cold steel Kobun at someone, and it gets stuck in the door jam.
 
Certainly one of the TOPS CQT tanto blades as I have the Thunder Hawke Hunter Point.I hadn't paid attention to the weapons in that show but I will in the future.
 
Season 3 has started?

I better start dling again, Australia is 1 bloody season late, it's still at like the 5th episode of season 2 :mad:.
 
USA Network out here. Great show, great cast, but I'm starting to agree with some of the complaints about the narrating getting annoying at times.

It was on channel 10, it's not currently on now, it's on a break and will play the rest of the season later, 20minutes till the download is complete :).

EDIT: Finished watching it, I saw a Emerson La griffe taped to his belt and a tanto fixed blade inside a suit case.

The dude from the Evil Dead movies had a guy tied to a chair in one episode and was threatening him with what appeared to be an Emerson FB.
 
I recorded it on my HD DVR. when I watch it I will freeze frame made try to take a picture. ha

I have to admit when watching the show, the only thing I really pay attention to is Fiona. I like the way she handles weapons.:D
