Burnie is GREAT!

I recently purchased a custom knife from Burnie, who lives in Hawaii.

After exchanging a few emails, I mailed him the check last Thursday, and notified him. He then went ahead and sent me the package via USPS Express Mail on the same day. The knife was delivered on Friday. He received the check on Saturday.

This is one of of my best knife-purchase experiences on the Bladeforums.

I believe it is "Bernie" and I also believe he is indeed a She... I dealt with Bernie last year and I messed up a order for a rare mnandi. She let me make it right and was very understanding with the whole process. I would not hesitate to deal with Bernie again either....

Gotta chime in here...I asked Bernie to hold a MT UDT 2000 that I was interested in purchasing...I needed a couple of days for a check to clear. She was very friendly and cooperative...no problems, a flawless transaction. I couldn't ask for a nicer person with whom to do business.
