I have a vibration in my grinder and talk to Burr King on were to start looking. I think I found it in my 10" contact wheel, The guy at Burr King said some times the rubber will start to loosen, it looks OK. Is there a way to check this my self?
Is it better to buy another or get new rubber put on? Do you know somebody that does this?

Change wheels and see if it still does it.

This sounds foolish but try it.
This is similar to a real tool called a mechanic's stethoscope

Assuming you have no other wheels.

Get a wooden broomstick.
press the round end firmly against your ear, just above the ear hole with the other end against the grinder.

test various places on the grinder.

The noise will be loudest when you test closest to it.
