I can hardly stand the wait. I received an email from Mr. Foster, and my stag blue collar hunter should be shipped soon. My birthday is next week, and I can't think of a better present to myself. Bill.
 
All right, Bill!!! By the way...does your screen name have anything to do with being fro Wewahitchka? (sp?)
 
But with ivory micarta. I hope to get mine good and bloody within a week of arrival- provided the deer cooperate.

Thanks for posting the picture, Roger. The knife looks much better in person, and is sharp as a razor. I'm extremely pleased with Burt's work, and look forward to another purchase from him. Bill.

i like it too.

i was using a knife very similar in design to this tonight, cutting a magnolia tree from its planter. using a sawing-type motion i had to be careful and remind myself it had no guard. Yikes!..couple of close calls. but luckily no accidents.

JB, Burt had to change the shape up just a little to accomodate the stag I sent him. It feels great in the hand. Bill.
