Burt Foster's Clay Coat Demo docs

Twice last year I was fortunate enough to catch Burt Foster doing his presentation on heat treating blades using clay coating techniques. Part of his demo at Ashokan included these documents, which Mr. Foster graciously allowed me to scan, save in .pdf format, and host so that others may download and benefit from it.
