Bush-Master, Stop 4--Kansas City BAR-B-Q!

How do you feel about Arthur Bryant's? Based on your pics, we could be great friends.

Great review! Dan's blades are always best used and you have done a great job covering your process. The Big Green Egg has been on my wish list for awhile. I love seeing them in use. On another note, it's great seeing more ink on the forums and it's not very often I see anyone who makes me look like I only have a couple tats.:D

Wowza....speechless.

Just had a huge beef/chicken dinner....and now I'm hungry!:(!

:D

I love the green egg - I just need to convince the other folks in my house that barbeque is not "burnt meat".

Wait...maybe I should start by not burning it....:foot:

soulrack - trade you a knife for an afternoon of BBQ lessons? :D  :p

Excellent pics! Nice looking food! I saw one of those smokers last summer at the state fair in Minnesota. Maybe some day...

Cool looking tattoos too. I have sleeves also, Bro!

Dan, I'm gonna have to get one of these in ironwood, when you going to start selling them?

Thanks for all of the kind words, guys. I had a great time using the knives and believe they will fill a niche and be well received by the bladeforums community. Alas, it is time for them to move on and they're all packaged up awaiting a trip to the post office tomorrow and then to Texas and cerberus.

Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!! Blades are here!..........Booo........Blades are in the post office waiting for to to get in the morning :(............I will post soome preliminary pictures tomorrow and do some testing in the back yard :D

Well I have the blades in hand..........my initial impression is WOW, these are very substantial..........look for reviews and pics later tonight. Be for warned though, they will not be as good as the presentation here as I have no one to photograph me during the "fun times" :D

True, I owe a big "thank you" to my girlfriend for photographing me. I am glad that they arrived safe and sound.
