Gentlemen:
For your consideration is this Buschcraft in 1095. The design is my interpretation of the Spyderco Bushcraft and enhanced with a tapered tang and spine serrations. The stabilized Box Elder Burl scales have tremendous figure with no voids or filled areas. The blade was hand rubbed to 2000 grit then lightly etched to reveal a vivid cloud hamon. The blade was ground to near zero with a small secondary bevel to eliminate the chipping found common in zero grinds. The serrated spine is slightly raised above the spine of the handle for a good purchase while the remainder of the spine is rounded for batoning. I'm confident you'll find the handle shape is extremely comfortable with no hot spots. The hole in the blade can be used for a firesteel or an additional lash point among the tube/pins and lanyard hole. The sheath holds the knife securely and draws easily. I hope you like it! The first "I'll take it" gets it. $225 plus $15 shipping - Paypal preferred to my account tksteingass@frontier.com. Maker's lifetime common sense warranty and free sharpening.
