Bushcraft knife

Hi everyone,

do you think that the bushcraft knife will be available in time for the season this year?

Was wondering the same thing - usually my first camping trip is beginning of April, so it would be great to be able to try it out then!

Thats right about the time I hit the road as well. I hope it's out by then.

I asked this question over on the Spydie company forum a little while ago. I was told they had no release ETA. I'm really looking forward to this knife as I think it looks like an outstanding design. I'll be getting one for certain as soon as they are released. In the meantime I picked up a couple of Moras and a Koster Bushcraft to hold be over

I wonder if the amount of objections to the projected MSRP put this on the back burner.

The stabilized spalted maple took a while to make (USA made) and ship to the maker.

Well,
It's not the o-1 steel. It's cheap steel and easy to grind, according to the on-line steel gurus

Still hoping to hold one in my hand, this year.
