Bushcrafting Equipment

Anybody considered a Jetboil? I agree that the Solo and Emberlit are the more "purist" options, they pack smaller, and fuel is unlimited, but in VA we are under fire bans often enough for me to feel I'm taking the risk of mot being able to cook by packing a wood burner … any thoughts on that?

No kidding right? I'd be trying to talk the family into becoming a FF distributor!

Does the store have a web presence? I guess it would be a bad idea to post a link, but you could pm or email it to me. Do you stock knives? At the very least I'd try to get some of those Coghlan "camp knives". Actually, just thinking about it for 2 seconds, I'd be in serious trouble with an outfitters store!

I actually have a nice Jet Boil Sumo Titanium I haven't gotten to use yet and I think I could get you a procard for a 50% discount is you are really interested!

Kepha, thank you for the generous offer, but the Sumo is a bit big for my needs … looking for a Flash or a Sol and an additional companion cup … generally packing in … again, really excellent of you to offer though.

I haven't heard yet from Emberlit so I don't know there minimum order but so far it doesn't seem it would be an issue! I think we are up to 18 or so, so far.
