Bushete

You are too much Tai :D Funny sh*t man :D

I have a old cane knife that as about a 15'' blade and is around 1/16'' thick, probably 1095, it cuts like crazy and the blade is plenty tough.

Thanks Don! :)

I might have to make a few more bushetes now...

Actually, a good friend came by last week and conned me out of my Bush Buddy. My shop knife! I used it a lot for splitting up wood for the muffle furnace. The Bushete was going to be my new shop knife, but I ended up needing the money,... figures doesn't it? Oh well, at least I got to test it out on some hair and hardwood...

I'm sorry David. My webmaster must have taken it off.

I'm not really comfortable quoting prices on public forums or on my website anymore for pieces that are sold. There are some general ordering and pricing guidelines on my site if it will help.

You may also email for direct price quotes.

Thanks!

Thank you Tai for emailing me with a quote on that big whacker. I thing $35 is quite reasonable. I'll take two.....anyone else in for a group buy discount, perhaps $30 and a lock of hair?

Fellas , I have been over to see a few of the Goo masterpieces but I am going to make a special trip just to get a look at that "hairless melon".

Tai, you should get your webmaster to add descriptions of the knives. I really like that Asian Bowie and would like to know more about, but there only seems to be photos.

Hi Tai,
Oh..woww... Great!! Tai's knives come with a scary sharp!! :D
And below just in my hand.

Keith, most of the more recent works do have brief descriptions. I'm not sure what happened to that one. The older stuff from the old site doesn't have descriptions. I'll send my webmaster a note. Thanks.

It's aprox., 15 inches OAL. Blade is from 1065 with a split quench line. The guard is sterling silver. the handle is ebony with sealed woven cotton cord wrapping.

Tai makes a controlled substance. They are addictive and do really work well.
I have a number of pieces from large to very small . Nothing but great geometry, and the hands of a very skilled artist. If you count all the knives of around a hundred dollars you have bought, it would suprise you. Save your money and buy a real bush knife. No knocks to other smiths , but the Neo Tribal is a knife that begs to be used and will not dissapoint .
Nice "DOO " there Tai.

I was wondering what happened to da flowing locks.......lol
