I purchased a Spyderco Military from him over the weekend and paid him immediately his asking price.

I sent him a PM yesterday evening as i had not received any shipping info, he replied that his truck broke and he was in 110 degree heat and missed the P.O. I replied "thank you". No big deal shit happens.

This evening i get an email from paypal with tracking info then another email from paypal saying he canceled the shipping label, so i get on BF and PM him and ask him if it shipped today and said if he was having problems he could refund my money. I'm still not trippin cause it's not a big deal.

I get a partial refund of 111.36 and the clown tells me he is withholding paypal fees.

This pissed me off, you hit the refund button and the entire payment is refunded, this clown went out of his way to do a partial refund.

What do you guys think ?

If needed I can post the PM thread , but would rather not as I believe "private message" should be private.

If you're having problems you can refund my money.I went ahead and refunded your money since is seems your are too impatient to deal with. Your refund reflects a deduction for Paypal fees.
111.36 is not the 115 i paid you and you have no right to withhold fees as you are not able to ship in a timely fashion.

I will post in the GBU and let the membership decide if you conduct business in proper fashion around here.

Here's the tow bill from yesterday. That and paypal not processing my mailing label were both out of my control. Want to see the two refund requests I have pending for the labels? This guy is just impatient and looking for an argument.

Now it wasn't the 3 bucks that pissed me off it was the audacity this clown had.
 
Yesterday you used the truck excuse and I said "thank you" today it was because paypal wouldn't print your label. :)

Please explain WHY, you left Mark, negative feedback, for YOUR problems? More importantly, why did you leave feedback at all, for a transaction that wasn't completed???

Mark's negative feedback should be reversed, & there absolutely better be consequences for this type of bullshit, that this bushido idiot pulled!. WAFJ, some of you people are turning out to be!!!

FWIW: I've completed 3 deals with Mark, & he is without a doubt, one of the most honest, professional guys that I've had the pleasure to deal with.
 
These 2 above are what I received today before I contacted Paul and gave him the option to do a refund if he was having issues, I don't consider that as impatient nor was I not polite.

Should he be allowed to leave me bad feedback over this ?
 
No need, we are done here. This is too many BS threads that don't need to be threads. Communicate with one another like the grown men you are, don't start threads with this retaliation BS anymore, we are all sick of it. The refund will be issued per Paul and we can try to get the feedback reversed. Enough is enough guys. This kind of drama is no longer acceptable shouldn't even be here. If people cannot complete deals like adults, then find somewhere else to hang out and sell stuff.

Seriously.

1. Have some patience, shit does happen and life goes on. Not the end of the world. You've been here long enough to know how this all works.

2. Refund the money, do what you can to get the feedback removed. Report it where you left it and email Spark and ask him Nicely, tell him you F'ed up and need help. Say "please", it might help.
