Bushing replacement on H.E.S.T.

I did not have to take the pivot pin out , take the knife apart from the g-10 side of the scales the three screws then the black side of the pivot with the tool included things are tight but with a little wiggle you get the g-10 off then the liner push the lock bar away and the blade will slide off . I just used a # 10 bronze flat washer from the hardware store. I had to sand them slightly thinner I used a sheet of 400 grit sandpaper on a flat surface. the washer that goes on before the blade will also have to be made a little smaller ...outside diameter to clear the lock bar. after assembly the knife is a whole new knife even more of a tank than before ....good luck ! :D
