Bushwacker Mistress. . . . YOWZA!!!!!

I used a NMSFNO for firewood duties while on a week long kayaking trip in the Adirondaks about a week ago, worked great but wish I had this mistress with me. The thinner blade stock and extra couple of inches would of come in handy. also that handle looks a lot more comfortable than the machined micarta that was ripping my hand up.

Keep this thread going and bring the Bushwacker Mistress to life!!!!!!

I agree on the handle lookiing much more comfortable for chopping on the Bushwacker.

I'm a big fan of the hand-shaped micarta. It's way, way more comfortable than any of the machined micarta grips I've handled from the Busse family.

In fact, I'm wondering what it would cost me to have some hand-shaped micarta grips fitted to my zilla, once my six months are up. That would ROCK!

Mustard, from the pics of the Zilla it looks like a new pattern of machined handle slabs, right? if not let me know

I believe the machined handles on the zilla might be a new pattern, but I'm not terribly familiar with all the lines, so who knows?

Compared to other machined grips I've held, those on the zilla aren't very aggressive, but I just LOVE the feel of hand-shaped micarta, especially with a palm swell. My NMSFNO with the hand shaped handles is one of the most comfortable non-rubberized chopper handles I've ever held.

Let's not try to get crazy, here - this ain't no tank buster.

I'm quite happy with the exact blade shape shown, with a few choices for handle color and blade coating, and nothing more.

Even with a single coating and handle combination, I think this blade would sell boatloads. A thin Mistress is just what I need.

Oh come on now, the more options the better right? :D

Really though a few blade coating options and a nice selection of scales would be sweet.

I've been drinkin. keep your phone handy tomorrow:D

I'm on it. . . . The drinkin' part that is. . . I'll see if I can find my phone amongst all of these empty scotch bottles!!!!

I smell Bushwackers!!!!! . . . . . What does that mean?????

I guess that means we are going to be very happy owners of this gorgeous Bushwacker Mistress !!!

I hope that this beauty will be my first Busse knife and I call it a wonderful beginning.

Now I just have to pray for a sufficient supply.

That a shipment of several hundred of them in a vast array of options has left the building en route to Skunkers and the Company Store?

Maybe?

That would be pretty cool...
