If you're asking me...I'm still looking for a set :o

Spring Knob Creek show in 2013 I beleive, there were a lot of 1911 grips, mostly G-10. But there were 2 sets of tan canvas and 1 set of black canvas grips, I grabbed both sets of tan and maybe the black too, I can't remember. I kept 1 set and gave the other sets of tans to a friend


I'd love a set of snakeskin.

Hell, I'd like Hi Power grips too, my Mil Tacs are slick but damn they're thin

I have been searching for a set of grips for many moons!

Colour is not even a real worry... I just keep banging away at the keys until I get some!

Damn Busse addiction! Aint it great!
 
Found two sets... one OD and one tan and black... bought both! Cant wait to see em on my NHC!
 
If I'm not mistaken there are two different thicknesses of these grips. I had to order shorter screws to make mine work, I got the black, hex head versions.
 
Got me a set for my Kimber 1911 (Aluminum Compact Staimless)... but they are too long (duh!) so they sit in a drawer.
 
Sometimes, I know I shouldn't click on these threads, but now my addiction worsens...lol. OP, any luck with contacting the shop and if so, can you share any info on availability? I have some 1911's that are bugging me now for some new grips. I am not trying to threadjack, but anyone know if Busse only made them for 1911s? Great pics everyone, thanks for sharing and good luck in finding some OP.
 
Yes only for 1911s and only short runs, they are unfortunately not a stock item. Some appear at shows and such from time to time but the best bet to find a set is the secondary market here.

I never had to call the shop. I got a PM from a member who had a set of tiger hide grips and I grabbed them. So I can't tell ya if the shop has any or not?
 
Congrats on finding a set. And to answer the question, No. We do not currently have any left. Have been thinking aboit another small run for awhile but just havent had time to make it happen yet.
