They are made from .093 black or coyote tan kydex.

This sheath is new and never used. handmade in the USA

The edges are smoothed, polished and seamless.

This sheath has a tight grip on the handle, and still does not touch the blade.

I use spacers, on each side of the blade, during the molding process to help prevent rubbing and scratches.

Just got a TGLB kydex sheath from Al ... all fancy in carbon fibre ....blade is CF with black/tan G10. Looks amazing ....... Thanx Al.
