I guess it basically comes down to a brush clearing tool. I'm sure a jury would'nt have to deliberate too long if you actually used it in self defense. A prosecutor would have a field day with a defendant that killed someone with a short sword......this isn't ancient Japan.

No, you are correct - according to the femanists raised PC simpletons - knives and guns are mean and they hurt people. Much better to let people beat each other to death with rocks and baseball bats(hey its the national past time!) Heck even cars are ok!
