For sale is my AMSMO that was a special offering from Busse back in 2013. I am the original owner and it remains unused and unsharpened. I just never got around to using this one. These are a bit thicker than the current AMS offering but have that deep dish hollow grind that makes it an excellent slicer. Keeping this in the United States only. Specs are below.
