This just reminded me.... could scrap yard knives be jerry's brother's knife company? I remember seeing a knife last year at blade but don't recall any ever going up for sale

I don`t think so. When I worked in the shop Jerry`s nickname for his brother was "Dan the hack". And it has nothing to do with his AWSOME 2x4 chopping skills.
