I wish I would have been around for last year's 25% off 1k - that sounds outstanding. The 20k package is tempting, but as others have said - market is too saturated. Is anyone considering the 20k package? Can those credits be used to buy grab bags?
 
I don't believe they can be used to purchase grab bags. However, that would be a great incentive to buy the 20k shop credit.

I'm tempted on the $20k with hopes that the custom shop will reopen and I can go nuts. Get one those long gladius' with the pommel from the last ganza. Or wait for a limited run of 20 TGLB LEs and buy them all. ;)

Bossman says the credit isn't good toward the grab bags. It's in his original post.
 
As much as a fan of Busse I'm not much into these kind of marketing strategy... Seems to be mainly benefit toward some loaded flipper tho.

Agreed, that was an epic deal. I think the biggest thing that will push me to the sidelines on this one is not being able to use on grab bags as I did with the last years credit.
 
Someone needs to start a list of people that opt-in for these deals. That way, when I desire a blade, I can contact them and we can work out an arrangement :D

Otherwise, this ain't my style. Hard to value undisclosed designs -- too many unknowns.

I absolutely know cats who would go for the 20K deal and it might be surprising how many happen. I look at this as a pre-paid discount on what I've already committed to so in that sense it's kind of simple.
Of all of this the most promising thing I picked up on was "there's no end in sight to OP2WP2" that gave me the best smile.
