Hi, my name is Al Welke, and I am making custom KYDEX sheaths, made to fit the New Busse BOSS JACK LE. Fits CABJ and LCABJ.

Made from .093 black Kydex. I can make them in other colors too.

1/4" eyelets are spaced for large tek lok's and tek clip's.

Tek Lok fits vertically, horizontally, and at a 45.

tek lok not included.




This sheath is new and never used. handmade in the USA

The edges are smoothed, polished and seamless.

This sheath has a tight grip on the handle, and still does not touch the blade.

I use spacers, on each side of the blade, during the molding process to help prevent rubbing and scratches.

I think it's LCBJLE and CBJLE, 'Anorexic' would imply a 1/8" version, where the LE's are (a few thousands shy of) 3/16" (like the zero tolerance sj's)

These sheaths are for the new offering Boss Jack LE that is available from Busse now. I thought these were called anorexic as well. Either way they are for the new offering and will fit the choiless and the large choil.
