1) BUSSE CABS LE #207. This one hurts to let go of. INFI Steel, mice at .140" thick at the ricasso. Black Paper Micarta Handle. This one has been used in my kitchen (very little), and to process a deer. Does not show that much wear, however.. 2) SYKCO 340. Elmax Steel .090 thick. Black Res-C Handle. Blade length 3.40". This one has been used in the field, but only to clean one deer.
