Busse CF Hell Razor, INFI steel, USED, some sharpening scratches near the tip.
That sheath is nothing special, and the retention is only because of that gorilla tape.

Blade length - 6 1/2" , 6 7/8" if measured right above the handle.
Cutting edge - 6"
Blade width - 1.80" at the widest spot
