Busse Combat "Desert BASE" Is Coming Wednesday, July 24, 2019. . . 9:00PM Eastern!!!

So, looking at the pictures more, it almost seems the knives are Cerakoted AFTER handle assembly? Or We're they Cerakoted under the handle, and handle scales coated/painted afterwards?

I'm thinking it's both under the handle and on the handle as well? Idk just guessing...

I've stripped 1 that was Cerakoted similar to this and it was raw under the slabs - But the way it's done, it's kind of sealed up - It was the hardest stuff I ever stripped and probably wouldn't attempt it again. Good thing is, this is Infi, one I did was sr101.

Yeah, not looking to strip it, just wondered. I am guessing that Cerakote finishes are going to be tougher than the regular coating Busse blades get (powder coat?).

Just would love to see the whole blade coated, then handles put on... But I still might try to get one.

The artists at Blowndeadline really knocked this one out of the park. Best of luck to you all tonight. I am sure these are going to go pretty quick.

Garth

Just a friendly reminder:

I have been getting lots of emails all day. Emails received before 9:00pm Eastern tonight get put at the back of the line. Be sure to email at 9:00 pm Eastern to ensure you are at the front of the line. For those of you that have already sent emails, you aren't out yet, just send a new email at 9:00 pm tonight. There are not many of these available so you will have to be quick on the trigger to score one.
Best of Luck My Friends,
Garth

I have been getting a lot of emails as well for tonight's Ganza. Send them to amy@bussecombat.com and garth@bussecombat.com

***The "Desert BASE" is sterile (no logo) but we are offering the Busse logo as an option at no additional charge. If you do not specify that you want the logo, it will be shipped sterile!

If we receive your email before 9:00 pm Eastern you will be moved to the back of the line.

Orders will be taken in the order in which they are received.

These knives should be ready to ship within 2-4 weeks. Your cards will NOT be charged until your finished knife is sitting in the shipping room and ready to go! All Payments are due within 3 business days of your knives making it to the shipping room. If payment is not received within these 3 days, it will be passed on to the next person in line.

If you get in too late, or too early, we will automatically place you on the waiting list.

For some reason I thought I was two hours off EST, so I sent the email too early, LOL
Resent just now, may be too late, good luck to those who want em.

And sorry if me and a million others overloaded the inboxes early, ... or was that the plan all along :)

What do you do when someone sends one email to you and another one to Garth (instead of a single email addressed to both)? Do you go by the time stamp of whichever one arrives first, or the last, or is one or the other of you the official timekeeper?

I received my email from the ever-pleasant Amy, and called back today. May have this Ganza thing figured out after all!

best

Yep, I have a feeling I will be making a few of these :)
Also, is that an exact model of the NFBA sheath? Or just a random model to show the supercam? I'm not digging the hole in the kydex.

BTW I just emailed you about ordering one of these :)
