Busse Combat ;......Great Company, .....even better friends/ family.

i'm always scared of my car getting broken into because i keep a B.O.B. in their with some expensive gear in it along with a scrapyard YH and customized ranger ENTRY TOOL.

that really sucks to get robbed especially at BLADE.

those sheaths are just sick.

i always say their is no such things as friends, just family and it looks like you get some good family.

i met jerry and dan for the first time at the dinner this year.i didnt know anybody their and came to atlanta and the dinner by myself.i left feeling like part of a family.

great knives are cool but great knives mixed with that are just priceless and one of a kind.

It ain't that the Busse crew are so nice. It's because they're all scared of Dave and his sword skills. He swings a mean set of AK47s!

Anyone who has met Jerry knows that he wouldn't let a travesty like this go. His goal has always been to take care of his extended family. The entire Busse crew continue to get :thumbup::thumbup: from me.

Thanks for the great story David.

Props to the Busse gang for being so AWESOME

Big Family Hug!

They don't get any better than the folks in Wauseon and on this forum.

IT'S FIGURATIVE, DAVE! KEEP YOUR BIG MITTS OFF ME!

Glad you have your HOG ASH back Dave!

That is really amazing customer service. Doesn't exist in any other dealings I have had in any industry...

Cheers to the Busse Crew!

Thank you for sharing the story, Dave. Props to Busse and crew.
Yeah, one of the reasons why I continue to buy Busse products is the people behind them. I believe in supporting good people.

Dan

They are amazing. Because it is a family run business and not only are the employees treated like family but so are the long time customers. And that is why I have not bought another brand consistently in over 8 years.

I only own a few Busse's but after hereing of this kind good hearted deed I will get more . Mr. Busse I take my hat off to you sir.

I'm still mad about the theft of your stuff from the hotel but sometimes a ray of sunshine can break through and let you see what's really important. An example of part of what keeps us coming back. HOG ASH-1 #2 looks right at home.

I'm glad to see that you got a Fat Hog ASH back in your home.

.

that´s great david. congrats on that beautiful knife.
a generous jerry-action ;)

that´s the reason why i feel so good when i´m with you all these short days at the blade show.

i support the busse family

It is stories like this and the great replies that make me wish I had learned about Busse a long time ago. But we still have tomorrow "God willing" and I will be here still as big a fan as I am today.
Thanks for the story and I am glad you got your ASH 1 # 2 and I am also sorry for the loss of your other things.

As You Said It Goes Way Past Cust Service . They Are The Greatest Group Of Caring People Around . They Mean It . Gerry

David congrats on your Hog Blade, as i know how much mine means to me. Kudos to Jerry and the crew! And a personal note of thanks for all the consideration shown to me the last months for the hardships caused by my injury, By everyone at Busse. What a pleasure in this day and Age to deal with a company where the bottom line is not always first!
