I received my credit card bill today, showing the charge for the knife. I also received the email saying that it had shipped, although when I checked the tracking number it stated "label created". Anyway, pretty soon I think a LOT of us are going to be happy.

I christen thee the Battle Crying Heart Tweener!
These must be from similar blanks from the last two mistresses because the awesome clip robs it of a 1/2" in blade length (as advertised). A Battle Mistress is usually 10" but this one is 9 1/2" tip to scale and 8 5/16" tip to choil so with the Steel Hearts being Busse's 8" model I've decided to call it Battle Crying Heart Tweener. I wish it had the swedge like the one on the CG FBM below it--customs to come I hope
otherwise perfect. So maybe I'll call it A Swedge Away from Perfect, with either name it's a beater.
Awesome feel in the hand (I love Fusion Handles) and the fit, finish and edge are perfect. I broke from my black on black habit for a user on this one. This blank has some great potential for variants. Glad I scored one while available.
