Sorry to hear about your transaction. The right thing to do would have been for somebody to step in and give you a heads up. Unfortunately, there's plenty of heartless tools looking to exploit good folks these days in light of tough economic circumstances--and then laugh about it. Be wary. And hope that karma makes those people's 'Check engine' light come on frequently and expensively.

The good news is there's plenty of good folks around that will steer you straight. A little research can go a long way--utilize your resources.

My deepest condolences to you and your family on the loss of your father. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I have no doubt that had anyone here known the circumstances of you forced sale that the comments would have been very different and you would have had no end of help. We all just thought it was one of those lucky deals that appears from time to time.....No malice was ever meant.......

I hope that you are able to sell the balance of your Dad's collection quickly and without further problems.
