Busse Combat Offices Will Be Closed Until Next Monday (April 21, 2008)

Happened last year too didn't it? Get flu shots next year. The flu is a leading killer in this country. Not something to be fooled around with.

Best of luck to all of you.

When Amy-O does the snoopy dance does she wear just a collar like snoopy? Is the dance authentic? You don't ever want to stifle artistic expression. :D

Sorry everyone is ill, wish I could help.

Jerry, I could round up some Hogs and we could come to Wauseon and help you ship all that INFI out to the piglets.

We would clean you right out, I mean clean things right up and when everyone got back they could start with a clean slate.

Who do I pick the keys up from?

Attention on the net....Needed!!! Hogs to help clea....aaah, to help SHIP INFI for Jerry,
no experiance needed but a large truck will be considered helpful.
Must be able to carry hugh arm loads of INFI at a time.
Search and find skills a plus...drop me an email at free@hordsofinfi.org.ha

Those at Knob Creek, that heard Barb-B-Q Saturday, know she got it bad:eek:

Well being a generous person as she is, she gave it to me. My Sunday was long, really, really long. Monday and today aren't much better.

Missed two days work after spending a big chunk of my retirement fund in Kentucky.

Good luck and God bless the Busse Team.

Man, hope everyone gets better w/o any major issues.

Knob Creek bug? Anyone else at Knob Creek get sick too?

April 15 makes a lot of people sick.:grumpy: :grumpy: :grumpy:

That is why tax guys like me are working on a cure:thumbup:

In the worst influenza outbreak we have ever seen, the Busse Combat Shop has been laid low by the flu. Three of our crew have been hospitalized and 11 others are home with the flu.

For those of you who know Waz, he's in the worst shape and is expected to be in the hospital for the next week to 10 days. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. . . Amy-0 was sent to the hospital, but after continuosly threatening them with the Snoopy dance, they allowed her to go home against her doctor's wishes. . . . . . (Once you see her do this dance, you will understand why it has been classified as a possible terrorist threat by the Dept. of Homeland Security!)

We are currently misting the entire shop and offices with Johnny Walker Blue in order to kill this bug!!! Needless to say, I am the one operating the sprayer!!!!. . . One shot for the keyboard. . . one shot for me. . . one shot for the door knob. . . one shot for me. . . . you get the idea. . . . If nothing else. . . I will be completely disinfected!!!! :D

We ask for your patience during this time. . . NW SAR 5 notifications will not be going out until next week. . . .

So, let's Drink to disinfect!!!!

Jerry :D

Darn it.... I thought it was odd that I got the flu 2 days after I received my DC nuclear ruck from the shop...:grumpy::barf::barf:

Hope all of the Busse crew gets well soon and has a speedy recovery. Amy's dance must be something!!!

Heres to a speedy recovery and lots of special anti flu medication (JWB works fine). Take care! Steven

That's gotta be the next best catch phrase besides " No regrets." I can just imagine the Hogs at the trough slamming one down every time someone coughs.:D:D

"LET'S DRINK TO DISINFECT!!!!"

Hope everyone gets well soon!

Thoughts and prayers for all especially those hospitalized. The flu is no laughing matter these days. I keep waiting for that one big one they say will wipe millions away. I hope I don't see it in my lifetime.

I hate getting sick...never sit on the toilet seat at Wal Mart ya never know what's in those Chinese cargo containers. I hope everyone feels better soon!!

I was at the Knob Creek sale. It's funny you should mention the flu; I got hit hard by a respiratory infection on Sunday. Normally, I think of flu as being intestinal, but what I have is what a lot of folks around here have been calling flu. I went to the doctor yesterday and he gave me a scrip for antibiotics and prescription decongestant/expectorant. I was feeling very bad Sunday night and I had a moderately high fever + body aches last night, but I'm feeling much better today. Even so, while I think that I could work, I took today off; I definitely have productive coughing and may have a low grade fever, so I suspect that I may still be contagious. I think I'll probably be OK by tomorrow though.

Most of the folks who catch this try to tough it out, and it hangs on for weeks, but I got to the doctor fairly quickly -- the meds seem to be doing quite well for me. I'm not sure that I'm actually avoiding symptoms as much as pushing through them in hours instead of days.

Does this mean I need to disinfect my SAR5?

It means your SAR5 has got the Plague and you need to send it to me for permanent hazmat quarantine ASAP. :D

Seeing how I just had a nice case of the flu last week myself, here's my Get Well Soon wishes to the Busse crew.

Get better guys. The flu is goin around up here in Seattle too, but I've seem to have dodged it. Better "disinfect" myself to be on the safe side;)

Knob Creek bug? Anyone else at Knob Creek get sick too?

I thought I was the only one?! I'm at home sick today.

It was something in the waffle mix Stuart was mucking around with at the Manor! :thumbdn::p

I hope you guys feel better! Smuggle in a stogie for Waz!
