Busse Combat Smokey

Verrrrry tempting. But maybe too similar to my Max Warden. But, I repeat, verrrrry tempting...

Trying to buy one... but the website purchase system is just plain screwed pooch!

Lexi...Can I order one directly? I hope so!

9 attempts and it keeps telling me my address doesnt match... hmmmm seems like I get them every Ganzaa. Today as a matter of fact!

That happened to me as well as I was inputting my new mailing address of which Ive yet to update with my credit card company. No biggie, I used my old one as a relative still resides there and all went through. I only mention this to you as I think when I sold you that sar you had me ship to a friend of yours. Maybe your addys are conflicting?

Hope mine lands before blade show so I can make her some pants and Represent! Oink

Order placed! Agree, wish it was INFI, but I'm a sucker for small fixed blades, hence my MBC collection. :D

I'd love to try a small Elena slicer. Busse heat treat on that steel should make it a superior slicer for edge retention.

The BAD in higher hardness was great!

I just wish these were a different handle color.

I'm surprised they are still available. That tells me they are not that hot. INFI would have sold out in seconds. I like Elmax. A lot. But that fact they are still there tells me most people prefer INFI on their Busse's. I'll pass.

I believe it is equal parts of handle color/material & logo more than the steel choice detracting from sales. The combination of an MBC handle with a GW blade profile seems like a winner for a short thin stainless food slicer & box opener.

Agreed....I'm holding out and hoping for non-logo and different handle materials.

True. I really like Elmax. No issue there. The handle color choices are not that much of a problem to me. I like uniqueness to a degree. That logo though. I think that is my biggest turn off. It's not bad, I just wouldn't want it on a $200.00 knife. Good post AZTimT
