I dunno about how good a busse is as a steak knife (God forbid i'd even THINK about cutting on porcelain plates with such a pricey piece of steel), but they are unparalleled as sandwichmakers!
Man sheeple..... I haven't used my busse or Kim for steak but I have used my Ka-Bar tanto fighter. I hate crappy kitchen knives and have some scrap maxs on the way for kitchen duty.
