I was at the point where I was convinced that I had enough knives. Then I watched the videos on knifetests.com. I still cannot believe the punishment that all the Busse knives took. As a result of watching those videos I quickly decided that I needed a piece or two of INFI. I mean that guy beats the piss out of those knives and they just kept taking it. The one that probably impressed me the most was the skinny ash. I figured that since it was thinner, it would fail quickly. That thing was unbelievable. Anyway seeing is believing for me. INFI all the way!!! Did anyone else have a similar experience?

And to think he took half the blades width away by grinding the crap out of it, probably overheated her too :p

It was knifetests got me hooked on Busse & Kin also. Firts one I ordered was the Scrapyard Regulator. What a beast. Now I have knifes from all three companies. As they say "more than I need but not as many as I want".

Just think if he tried to destroy a CG ASH-1 at .32 thickness, He would still be at it thinking WTF!!!!!!!

Those vids are a huge reason I found a Skinny ash. I could never do those things to a knife I liked but it is nice to know I could if I needed to:) I own a few of each Busse combat and kin now and I am waiting for the LB team gemini!!

That is EXACTLY my thoughts!!!

Agree with his "tests" or not. It sure is impressive. I was already on board and hooked before I saw his tests. But if anyone says that "X" knife is as tough or better, or that Busse, Swamprat and Scrapyard are not worth it, I suggest they watch those vids!

Haha, knifetests is where I saw my first INFI as well - the FFBM - and was hooked after that....

You should consider grabbing a BOSS Jack while they are still available!

Welcome and ENJOY!!!

Same thing happened to me. I was looking for a machete review and ended up with an addiction... From knifetests.com to Busse Collector to here... I haven't been able to leave since... My first piece was a Rodent Solution, followed quickly by a Skeleton Key and a Swamp Warden, and my Rucki showed up last week. Waiting on the B10 now and hope to jump on a Rodent 9 when that hits... Too much steel and not enough money. After seeing what Busse and Kin was all about I decided to get rid of all the blades that I own that I won't use because I'm afraid I'll hurt them. I tend to be rough on knives and ended up keeping most of my blades as safe queens because I don't want to ruin them. I am tired of having things that I don't/won't use so, that's my story...

Knife tests convinced me to finally spend the money on a Busse. I'm a frugal guy, but I have no problem spending money on quality equipment. What that Battle Mistress survived made me a believer.

My conversion story is quite similar... I think I'm hooked :( My wife and my wallet will never forgive Jerry Busse :D

Same story here. Watched knife test .com and came a looking and have been here ever since. If those knives can survive what he is doing to them, I know I don't have to worry about breaking any more knives cause I don't come close to that kind of abuse. The satisfaction and confidence I have with my equipment now, is something I never experienced before with my other brand's.

I think that video is what lead me here as well. Now if only I can get the gumption together to find myself an FFBM...

always admired busse knives after watching the FBM endure all that crap...

I think that we should make some more videos...hint hint Jerry :D Amy, Pokey and myself really abusing some blades could be a big hit!
