Busse CS BladeForums Auction SH-v Dressed in Chuddy Bear Leather... OH Yeah!!!!

Alex, You still suck Bro!!!:p Very sweeeet blade and Chuck that is a EXCELLENT job Brother, love that basketweave:thumbup:. Man I need some more sheaths...

Looks good Alex! Good thing the pants got there the same time the snow started to fly, gotta keep that snake warm.

Very nice set up Jaxx. Will you carry it?

Like a baby! ;) :D:D Actually, this knife falls into that grey area of PA. laws concerning knives. "Daggers" & "Bowie" style knives are illegal for carry here, and although it really doesn't fit either category to us, the top swedge is sharpened (double-edged), and to a non-knife knut, it might be mistaken as a bowie style. So, barring any zombie apocalypse or SHTF type scenario, probably not. But, just in case I find a good reason to, I wanted to have a sheath for it. :)

Not only that, but to me this knife is special in that it is a piece of history...Certainly not like a Hood Knife or the Wounded Badger, but winning the auction for this mint SH-v in Nov. 2009 was like stepping out of a time machine 3-1/2 years back and finding this on a show table. Jerry announced that this knife was made for and kindly donated to BladeForums for a fund raising benefit auction in June of 2006! As a Busse fan and a big fan of BladeForums, this knife holds a special place in my collection...and a special knife deserves a special sheath.

Here's a very cool Busse Custom Shop Steel Heart E Variant. It features a 7.5" gently recurved blade with a double cut non-glare finish. The overall length is 13.25". The handles are hand shaped from Busse Combat's exclusive Snake Skin canvas micarta.

This blade is on its way to Spark for the BLADEFORUMS benefit auction!!!

Good luck to all who choose to participate in these auctions and seize the opportunity to support Bladeforums in the process!

Jerry  :D

Awesome Jaxx, I had no idea of the history of it :)

That is how I am with my NMFBMLE, its not quite as 'historical' as your SH-v, but I do have a really nice Chuddybear sheath for it and I keep it for the zombies :-p

Very nice:) Chuck's work is beautiful.
