It's hard to fit the whole sword into one shot! Love that traditional katana/wakizashi curve!

And how thick she is...

I want to to give you a feel for just how BIG she really is.
I don't have an AK47 or a Ruck, but I hope to fix that problem some time! ;)
So here she is with my SRKW Custom Waki, Rucki, and my NMFBM to give you some scale:

This last shot really drives the scale home for me...

My Mijikai Butaniku makes my Waki and Rucki look petite, and the NMFBM look like it should practically be a pocket knife. And that is no easy feat!!! :D

Eat your heart out Michonne!!!! :D

OINK! :pig:

B E A U T I F U L...... Your blade is, quite possibly, the ideal length. I'm with you on this.... I've got an AK that I am never parting with....congrats!!

That's about perfect on the blade length. Looks awesome. Thanks for the pics!

That is a very cool project. Congrats.

I am curious about the design process.

How do the dimensions of your blade compare to a Butaniku?
Was this made from a Butaniku blank that has been shortened and had the fuller milled in?
Is the fuller intended to move the center of percussion to a certain point?

In short, how did you know what you wanted?

What Guy says..... I'm very curious too....
