Thought I would use this one, but so far I haven't. The only thing I've done with it is swipe the edge a few times on a fine diamond hone. I don't believe they made many of these. $225 shipped. Sorry, the pic I have is way too big. I'll try to take a nice pic later today, but those of you who would want this knife will know what it looks like anyway. It's a Busse kitchen knife made out of INFI, with gray/black canvas micarta slabs. One cool knife!
