Busse dream blade..............

A NMFSH CG with a black blade, black canvas handles, recurve, and a nuclear spine:thumbup:
 
A smaller version of the Battle Pappy, maybe 7.5"-8" blade with coffin shape handle, small enough to easily manipulate/change grip with a smaller simple guard. Light enough to be a "REAL fighter." That would be awesome. The Battle Pee-Wee.
Otherwise, I'd be happy if a CG version of the Basic 8 was available cheap. Maybe Jerry can take a break from makin' babies and do that? ;)
 
This may not fit the thread but, a 4" or so SAR 3 styled blade. Larger than the 3 and smaller than the 4. Take a mix between the SAR3 and the CABS. Make it styled exactly like the SAR3 with the blade height and length of the CABS. Love the handle of the 3 and the jimping is a must but the SAR4 is just too large of a blade and handle to be the ONE. I had both the SAR4 and the CABS (sold em both). For now the SAR3 is my EDC fixed blade but I wish is had just a little longer blade.
Thats my idea of the perfect user Busse.

Funny you should mention that one bro, I have a picture of it somewhere and for the life of me can not find it anywhere. I almost got the last owner to sell it to me but we just couldn't seem to get it together to make the deal happen. Good lord that would be a great chopper!

For me my dream blades? God...hasn't Jerry already met that demand? LOL! I got the LE SFNO, the TGLB, and the NMFBM. And hell that doesn't include the Straight Handle goodness!

Wow! That actually is a tough question Garth. Hmmmmm.....maybe a cross between a EDC size fixed blade and Camp size blade. Wait....that's a Badger huh? Grrrrrrr......my head hurts now.
 
While there are many Busse knives that I would love to own, my dream blade would be chosen on practicality and usability in my hand.

Until recently, I actually had what I thought was the ideal knife, the Heavy Heart. I tried a Mistress and, while she impressed me, the HH always had the edge and seemed just about perfect. Then...

I missed out on the NMFSHLE ganza completely, I was avoiding the forums because I had no money and didn't even know the knife had been made.

The Santa Ganza teased me, but I still didn't have any money and I thought that my HH could not be bettered anyway. So, no NMFSHCG for me.

Since then however, I have seen the action shots and read all the good things about the NMFSH. How the balance is perfect (for how I would want it), the fine edge on a full flat grind, etc. I think that my HH has finally been bettered.

So, this is a truly heartfelt 'dream blade', because I know how easily I could have had one. My dream blade is a NMFSHLE, or even a double cut CG in black canvas would be just as good.

If the NMFSH had been sold in last night's ganza, I would likely have succumbed to temptation and arranged a second mortgage on my last remaining kidney to pay for the knife.

I have a few , but i guess an TTKZ with SOS orange scales and some nice serrations on the spine would be very interesting , would be nice on the MOAB as well .
 
Yea a perfected SAR 5 would be awesome. Honestly on small knives I think the talon hole gets in the way, like with the Sar 4 and Boss street. the sar 5 has the hole on the main blade stock.
