Selling this awesome steak knife from the last Ganza. It's in like new condition. I carved up a slow cooked smoked brisket with it, then thoroughly cleaned and coated in baby oil. Only flaws are some very light patina marks (I'm guessing), these came from the factory. (see pictures) Didn't bother me much, it was gonna be a kitchen knife for me, but I realized I could use money for an upcoming knife show now... same ol' story.
Questions? Just let me know. Asking $275, shipped and PP'd. After shipping and fees, pretty much what I paid. I've got the carboard sheath and plastic netting. May even have the Swine sharpness sheet...
