Busse Folder compromise...

Very nice.

I bought a Seb a few months ago and have been thinking of getting a blade made for it. Even considered buying the Scrapper5 LE for materials. Might have to look into this project once more.

My Lg Classic Seb (BG-42) and Custom Shop AD blades are close to identical in size/shape. Check it out if you have a AD.

If this does happen I hope they use a strong lock like the Benchmade AXIS or cold steel TRI-AD. The lock has to be as strong as the blade. No wimpy locks!!!

Benchmade 950.

I forget who has them or who made them, but there are already custom/custom-ish folders out there with INFI blades that were cut from an ASH or something...

As has been previously noted, those were RonyBear's.

However, Matt Cucchiara made a pretty nice folder out of a BA3. Here is the thread where he details how he did it: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=381471

nice, Rick, I'd somehow missed that thread. ;)

a Sebenza with a blade from a BAD would be interesting.

I still dream of a Busse simple framelock with INFi blade. Imagine the sales numbers if that ever came to fruition.
I think Jerry could add another company to his group of existing companies if he did so.

I'd like a Blackwood Skirmish, like the BM version - only better, with an INFI blade. that would be pretty interesting. I think a skinny ASH would make a good blank.

there are, and they are sick, beastly looking auto's!!!!!!!!!!

I bet the owners will be along sooner or later.

There are prototype folders out there. They were supposed to be under a cone of silence, and a complete pic/review black out. A tricksome owner out there has ebayed two already. So I have seen them.
