Hey there,
I have a Busse Skinny ASH, that was Coyote brown coated with Tan Magnum micarta handles.
I put a HAND APPLIED (no grinders/sanders here) full convex on the blade, and finished the blade at a 400 grit hand rubbed satin finish. It took me about 15 hours from stripping to finished result...
The blade is slightly thinner from when I recieved it stock, seeing as I removed not only the coating, but the layer of decarb and dimples on the blade. There are still dimples around the handle, I didnt remove the scales.
This is a fantastic blade, super tough, yet thin enough to use practically (not like the .32" CG ASH). And to top it off, she comes stupid sharp, and with a Leatherman sheath.
Your satisfaction is guarenteed, you dont like it, Ill send your knife back....
I am on the hunt for some Balis. First and foremost, I want a Tachyon.......
I am looking to add to my 4x Bali series, I have a 42, but want every other one as well. I have a Mayhem and a Morpho, so I dont need any duplicates.
Custom balis are also high priority (especially BaliBalistic!!!)...
I also have a thing for CRK folders, any and all offers will be considered.
I can add cash, if needed for the right deals, and if you happen to have a knock my socks off offer, I might be swayed into letting go of my Green Linen BAD....
