Busse for camping/hiking

My vote - Steel Heart - bigger is better for me.

That and my folder from that 'other' company are the two, if I could only take two...:D

I like my SJT, and would use that if I could only take ONE (would handle skinning and such the folder handles), but doubt I'll ever find myself in that position after all of this...

I bought two SJ TACs for this purpose. One's getting kydex pants; Dwayne is making me some fancy leather for the other one.

Still, if the Heavy Hearts ever hit the Co. Store, I'm gunning for a slight upgrade in size/chopping ability.

I have been using my SFNO for just that purpose for nearly a year and a half now.

I have beat it,,, hammered it,,, bent it,,,and done everything to it to try to destroyed it, but it is still holding up fine... no chipped edge and no visible blade deformation:eek:

I would defenitly recommend a SFNO if you could find one,,

otherwise,,I would defenitly choose a Satin Jack Tac ,, I really love the feel, balance and quickness of the SJ Tac's,

either one will do you fine :jerkit:

Not too far off in comparison. The SFNO or the SJT LE would work for me.

For camping/hiking i'd take a big blade/small axe for the heavy work and a small knife for foodprep/bushcraft.

PS: DANG those SJT LE's are sweeeeet blades :p , i want 1 just because they look so good in those nice pictures :D
