price is now $275
This is a VERY sweet Grex Cultellus from the Fogos grab-bag offering at this year's blade. It has very nice green figured ash and black G10 scales with mosaic pins. This is a difficult one to price, as I believe it would retail for $318(please correct me if I'm wrong), but one of my coworkers took it out of my drawer and cut a carpet sample with it. (without my permission) It has some very light scratches on the blade, but is in otherwise mint condition. It has been used literally, for one cut. I'm sure the scratches would polish out right away with some Flitz, but I don't want to mess with it.
This was one of the very nicest knives to come out of the grab bag. The only ones I thought were nicer were the mammoth tooth, and Lord knows how much those are worth. The wood (Garth says it's ash) is already gorgeous, and I'm sure a little oil will make them POP, but once again, I didn't want to mess with it.
It is a beautiful knife and I hate to see it go, but it's just too pretty for me to beat on. I treat my knives hard, and this one really deserves to be pampered. No sheath. I do have a very nice Chuddy Bear sheath that I've hand carved, but I want to keep that for my other Cultie, unless somebody really wants a sheath to go with this. That sheath would be extra, please contact me if interested and I'll post pics.
So, price is now $275, including USPS priority shipping, CONUS only-with factory cardboard sheath. USPS MO only, unless I already know you. NO paypal. Reasonable trades are welcome. I'm interested in Busse, Scrapyard, Swamp Rat and Bark River. For knives with lesser value, trade plus $ is fine.
